Our office is located on Freeport Boulevard, across from the police and safety center. We are conveniently accessible from both I-5 and 99, with Fruitridge as the nearest main cross street.

When you contact our office for an appointment, directions from your address to our office will be mailed to you along with additional information about us and any paperwork to be completed in preparation for your new patient visit. We want your first visit with us to be as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
